Get a loyalty card now!

Loyalty Program – Terms and Conditions:

  • ​Loyalty Cards are issued to the person whose name appears on the Loyalty Card and are not transferable to any other person(s).  One person, one card - no shared card.

  • To start earning loyalty stamps you must present your Loyalty Card to any staff member at the Crazy Cat Cafe for them to stamp.  You cannot get more than one stamp per full time session, so you cannot get other people visiting stamp on your card, they must get their own card.
  • Loyalty Card Members must present their Loyalty Card at their check in so their Loyalty Card can be stamped prior to the session beginning. No Loyalty Cards will be stamped after a session has been completed.  One person, one card, one stamp.

  • To redeem your free session, the Loyalty Card Member must show the staff member their Loyalty Card and let them know they wish to redeem their free session.

  • Your Loyalty Card must be presented so that we can validate your free session and mark off your Loyalty Card.
    The Loyalty Program works when you purchase 4 full price entries to the Cat Lounge, you will receive the 5th entry free with a free drink - any small hot drink, water, fruit juice or soft drink.  Milkshakes, Smoothies & Alcoholic drinks are not available with this offer.

  • This must be full price Adults or Kids, not a mix of the two and for Full Sessions, Half Sessions not included in the Program. 

  • One Person, One Card - no shared cards. This program is for Local and Non Local people.

  • Members are not eligible to earn reward stamps on specials or promotions or for VIP Lounge.

  • Loyalty Cards remain the property of the Crazy Cat Cafe.
    Any member(s)/customer(s) who deliberately mis-use their Loyalty Card or another members Loyalty Card will have it voided by management.

  • Members found deliberately using their Loyalty Card through a third party/on behalf of sales made through another customer will have their Loyalty Card voided by management.

  • Lost or stolen loyalty cards must be reported to management immediately, no new Loyalty Card will be issued, it is the responsibility of the member to ensure this is not lost. We do have the option for members to keep their Loyalty Cards in-store to avoid this.

  • By signing the Loyalty Card as a member the recipient of the Loyalty Card agrees and acknowledges they may occasionally receive promotional material such as special offers or important messages from us.
